President & CEO
Recognized leading technology executive Naseer Nasim serves as Aptys' president & CEO. In this role, he is responsible for leading the Aptys team, establishing a strategic vision, and executing on the vision to grow the company.
Naseer is an accomplished Fortune 500 executive with nearly three decades of leadership experience in the financial services industry including growing and strengthening banktech, paytech, and fintech companies in North America, Western Europe, and Canada. Prior to joining Aptys, Naseer served as CEO and board advisor for London-based QRails, CEO for Baker Hill, segment president of Fiserv, and president & CEO for Bluepoint. In his career he’s played a pivotal role in leading the development for one of the markets newest cloud-enabled card payment solutions, spearheading the execution of a smart data analytics and omni-channel communication tool and being recognized as a top performing executive. He began his career at California-based Landmark Bank, then led the technology division for California State Bank, now Wells Fargo. Naseer currently serves as chairman of the board at Center for Executive Excellence.
Naseer earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Kansas and a master’s degree from University of Phoenix.
Executive Vice President, Operations
As executive vice president of Operations, Keith Reeves is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle, from inception through delivery and support, for the solutions delivered by Aptys Solutions.
Reeves has more than three decades of experience developing and delivering high-quality software solutions in a variety of industries. Prior to Aptys Solutions, Reeves served as vice president of Quality & Methods and business development technical director at Atlanta, Ga.-based Alogent Corporation (which was acquired by Goldleaf Financial Solutions and later acquired by Jack Henry & Associates). As vice president of Quality & Methods, Reeves was responsible for planning, qualifying and supporting releases of Alogent’s mission-critical solutions. As business development technical director, Reeves worked closely with Alogent’s largest domestic and international partners to assist them in integrating and selling Alogent’s products as part of their own solutions. He also planned and implemented Alogent’s remote deposit solutions as Software as a Service (SaaS).
Reeves has worked in a number of industries, including financial/banking (Alogent Corporation), and has held a number of positions that encompass various parts of the solution development and delivery lifecycle including development, quality assurance, and release management.
Reeves received a bachelor of arts in English with a minor in Computer Science from Clemson University.
Executive Vice President, Sales
Eric Dotson is Aptys' executive vice president of Sales. In this role, Eric is responsible for business development and client relations.
Dotson has more than three decades of combined experience in the payments industry in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to his work at Aptys Solutions, Dotson spent six years as vice president of sales at Atlanta, Ga.-based Goldleaf Financial Solutions working with correspondent institutions to establish clearing services in Image Exchange, ACH, Wire and other Fed services. He also worked with customers in the Caribbean and Latin America to help those countries modernize their payment infrastructure by establishing automated electronic payment clearing solutions. Throughout his career, he has worked to establish enterprise-wide payment solutions within large banks and credit unions as well as community financial institutions.
Dotson is a certified National Check Professional (NCP) and is fluent in Spanish. He received his degree in international relations with a minor in business and Spanish from Brigham Young University.
Senior Vice President, Payment Solutions
Rose Davis oversees consulting and professional services to better serve customers.
Davis has more than three decades of combined experience in the banking industry. Prior to Aptys Solutions, Davis spent 10 years at Madison, Wi.-based Bankers’ Bank where she served as senior vice president and first vice president of payment systems responsible for managing sales and marketing and as well as the implementation, growth, and management of image exchange and settlement solutions. Prior to Bankers’ Bank, Davis was business development manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago where she managed account relationships with large FIs and was responsible for revenue generated from solutions offered to FIs. She was also senior account executive at Unisys Corp., where she was responsible for revenue generation in commercial and financial industries.
Davis earned a bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from University of Iowa.
Vice President, Architect
Josh is Aptys’ vice president, Architect. He is a foundational team member and is the principal architect of the PayLOGICS suite and in his role, he leads and mentors a dynamic team of developers.
Josh brings more than 20 years of experience developing and engineering superior global solutions in and out of the financial industry. Prior to Aptys, he spent 10 years in strategic development positions at Atlanta, Ga.-based OpenSpan and Alogent Corporation. Josh worked closely with Alogent’s large customers to plan, develop, implement and support strategic enterprise solutions.
Josh earned a degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Vice President, Mobile Development
Seasoned software developer, William Randlett serves as vice president of mobile development. In this role, he is responsible for leading the development of Aptys’ mobile and cloud applications for payments.
With over 30 years of software development experience, Randlett has a long history in building payment processing products. He designed PayMōli, Aptys’ person-to-person mobile payments application, taking advantage of the latest mobile and cloud-based technologies. Randlett previously served in a leadership position at Atlanta-based Alogent, where he led the development of payment processing solutions used by major banks in the US, UK, and Canada.
Randlett is the co-inventor of two patents for payment processing and received his bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from the DeVry Institute of Technology.
Senior Product Manager
Fintech expert, Amar Verma serves as Aptys' senior product manager. In this role, he is responsible for leading the product strategy of Aptys’ mobile and faster payments.
Verma has more than two decades of experience in technology product management leadership positions. Prior to his work at Aptys solutions, Verma spent three years as vice president of professional services for the UK market at Atlanta-based Alogent Corporation, which he founded in 1995. In this position, Verma led the services organization in all aspects of customer engagement, including business analysis, solution strategy, project management, QA, product implementation, delivery and support. In other previous leadership roles at both Alogent and Jack Henry, Verma has excelled in product development and marketing strategy aimed at growing a product’s presence in the marketplace.
The inventor of three patents, Verma is always at the forefront of developing groundbreaking financial services and payment solutions. He received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
