After almost three decades with Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union as SVP/CFO, Melissa is expanding her portfolio working in a dual capacity as Catalyst Corporates CFO and treasurer for Plano- based Aptys Solutions, leading provider of cloud-based, end-to-end, digital payment solutions to more than 5,500 financial institutions. In her role, Wardell will add financial reporting and budgeting among general financial oversight duties to her portfolio for Aptys Solutions. Prior to joining Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union in 1994, she was a senior auditor for Price Waterhouse for five years.
Melissa serves on the Board of TranzCapture, LLC. and received both her bachelor of science and master of science degrees from the University of North Texas and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
