Naseer Nasim, President & CEO
Naseer is an accomplished Fortune 500 executive with nearly three decades of leadership experience in the financial services industry including growing and strengthening banktech, paytech, and fintech companies in North America, Western Europe, and Canada. Prior to joining Aptys, Naseer served as CEO and board advisor for London-based QRails, CEO for Baker Hill, segment president for Fiserv, and president & CEO for Bluepoint. Throughout his career he’s played a pivotal role in leading the development for one of the markets newest cloud-enabled card payment solutions, spearheading the execution of a smart data analytics and omni-channel communication tool and being recognized as a top performing executive. He began his career at California-based Landmark Bank, then led the technology division for California State Bank, now Wells Fargo. Naseer currently serves as chairman of the board at Center for Executive Excellence.
Naseer earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Kansas and a master’s degree from University of Phoenix.
Keith Reeves, EVP Operations
Keith has more than 3 decades of experience developing and delivering high-quality software solutions in a variety of industries. Prior to Aptys Solutions, Keith served as vice president of Quality & Methods and was the business development technical director at Atlanta, Ga.-based Alogent Corporation (which was acquired by Goldleaf Financial Solutions and later acquired by Jack Henry & Associates). Keith worked closely with Alogent’s largest domestic and international partners to assist them in integrating and selling Alogent’s products as part of their own solutions.
Keith earned a degree from Clemson University.
Eric Dotson, EVP Sales
Eric has more than 3 decades of combined experience in the payments industry in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to his work at Aptys Solutions, Eric spent seven years as vice president of Sales at Atlanta, Ga.-based Goldleaf Financial Solutions working with correspondent institutions to establish clearing services in Image Exchange, ACH, Wire, and other services. Eric also worked with international customers to help countries modernize their payment infrastructure. During his career, he has worked with large financial institutions to establish enterprise-wide payment solutions as well as community financial institutions. Eric is a National Check Professional (NCP) and a former Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and is fluent in Spanish.
Eric earned a degree from Brigham Young University.
Josh Sklare, VP Architect
Josh brings more than 20 years of experience developing and engineering superior global solutions in and out of the financial industry. Josh is a foundational team member at Aptys Solutions as the principal architect of the PayLOGICS Suite and has lead and mentored a dynamic team of developers. Prior to Aptys, he spent 10 years in strategic development positions at Atlanta, Ga.-based OpenSpan and Alogent Corporation. Josh worked closely with Alogent’s large customers to plan, develop, implement and support strategic enterprise solutions.
Josh earned a degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
William Randlett, VP, Mobile Development
With over 30 years of software development experience, Randlett has a long history in building payment processing products. He designed PayMōli, Aptys’ person-to-person mobile payments application, taking advantage of the latest mobile and cloud-based technologies. Randlett previously served in a leadership position at Atlanta-based Alogent, where he led the development of payment processing solutions used by major banks in the US, UK, and Canada.
Randlett is the co-inventor of two patents for payment processing and received his bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from the DeVry Institute of Technology.
Amar Verma, Senior Product Manager
Verma has more than two decades of experience in technology product management leadership positions. Prior to his work at Aptys solutions, Verma spent three years as vice president of professional services for the UK market at Atlanta-based Alogent Corporation, which he founded in 1995. In this position, Verma led the services organization in all aspects of customer engagement, including business analysis, solution strategy, project management, QA, product implementation, delivery and support. In other previous leadership roles at both Alogent and Jack Henry, Verma has excelled in product development and marketing strategy aimed at growing a product’s presence in the marketplace.
The inventor of three patents, Verma is always at the forefront of developing groundbreaking financial services and payment solutions. He received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
